Per NRA policy, when submitting an expense report, it is now mandatory to include the itemized receipt. The NRA Finance Department can no longer accept an expense report without the itemized copy included. The Finance Department can no longer reimburse an expense report that does not include the original itemized receipt. If you have any questions, contact Range Services.

We understand that some of you are traveling quite a distance to your range cases. To provide you with a safer working environment, we are updating the SOP. If you are driving more than four hours one way, we request that you stay overnight in a hotel. We are concerned about the dangers of night travel as well as the discomfort of driving long hours. The SOP will be updated to reflect this change.

There have been changes in the prices of range evaluations; it is now $750 for NRA affiliates and $1,000 for non-affiliates. All expenses are covered in this fee structure relative to transportation, lodging, meals, telephone, administrative, and postage fees, etc., for an initial visit and for all follow up visits. Any other agreements will only be authorized by the Range Services Department staff. For questions, please refer to the current version of the SOP.
